When a venue is surrounded by natural beauty, historic charm, and gardens already filled with life, the floral design becomes less about transforming the space and more about thoughtfully enhancing what is already there.

That was exactly the approach for this beautiful pastel garden wedding at Magna Glen.

With its historic country estate, stunning grounds, stone archway, and gardens filled with natural beauty, Magna Glen provided the perfect setting for a celebration that felt classic, vintage, and effortlessly romantic. The ceremony took place beneath a beautiful stone arch, while the reception was held beneath a white tent surrounded by gardens and blooms.

Our bride envisioned a soft and timeless color palette of blues, greens, yellows, pinks, peaches and whites. She wanted something classic and vintage with a minimal feel - but still something that packed a punch.

The challenge was finding the perfect balance.

With so much beauty already surrounding the venue, she wanted the floral design to feel intentional without overwhelming the setting. Rather than competing with the gardens and historic grounds, the florals were designed to complement them. Soft, delicate blooms added color and texture while allowing the natural beauty of the venue to remain the star of the day.

One of the most special details was the collection of vintage bud vases our bride had thrifted herself. She carefully gathered them and shipped them to us ahead of the wedding, adding a personal and collected feeling to the reception tables. Each vase was filled with soft blooms in shades of pastel blues, greens, yellows, pinks, peaches and whites, creating a tablescape that felt charming, nostalgic, and completely unique to her.

Our bride and groom were an absolute joy to work with. Although they lived out of state, they were incredibly organized, thoughtful, and so much fun throughout the entire planning process. Our bride had a clear vision for her day while also trusting our creative process, making every step of working together feel easy and enjoyable.

The wedding day itself came together beautifully and seamlessly. Our setup was quick and simple: delivering the bridal bouquet and arranging the soft, garden-inspired centerpieces in the bride's vintage bud vases. Seeing the bride and groom surrounded by the beautiful setting, thoughtful details, and the floral vision we had created together was such a lovely way to see everything come to life.

Sometimes the most impactful floral designs aren't the ones that fill every corner of a space. Sometimes, they are the ones that know when to step back.

At Magna Glen, the soft pastel blooms, vintage vessels, historic stonework, and surrounding gardens all worked together to create something that felt timeless and completely at home in its setting.

A little classic. A little vintage. A little whimsical.

And perfectly, beautifully theirs.
